Who can apply?


  • You must have a minimum four-year Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Computer Science, or IT.
  • You need a minimum GPA of 3.00 or 70% marks (depending on your grading system).
  • You must meet all requirements before applying. Applications from students awaiting results are ineligible.
  • The maximum age limit is 27 years old as of March 1, 2024 (Note: This is outdated information, please refer to the bank's website for the latest age limit.).

Selection Process


  • Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a mandatory test and interview.
  • You will need to provide an introductory letter from your last attended university and sign a confidentiality agreement upon selection.

  • Any attempt to influence the selection process will result in disqualification.
  • Providing false information will lead to immediate termination of the internship and disqualification for future BAJK positions.


Selection Results

  • Interns will be placed at a branch within their region of residence.
  • Travel allowances and accommodation are not provided during the internship.



Internship Program

  • Mid-Year Review: The Internship program includes a mid-year review. Only interns who successfully pass this review will be allowed to continue for the remaining period.
  • Early Separation: Interns who do not meet the requirements after the mid-year review will be separated and awarded a certificate for completing the 6-month portion of the program.
