01. Wing Head - Compliance Risk Management (VP / SVP)


  • Location: Karachi
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field from an HEC recognized institution. Candidates with relevant professional certifications are encouraged.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least 6 years in Compliance Risk Management, including AML/CFT and Audit functions.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Sound understanding of banking laws and controls.
  • Responsibilities: Develop and implement compliance risk management strategies, maintain regulatory updates, conduct risk assessments, ensure timely dissemination of compliance information, and oversee monitoring activities.


02. Unit Head - PMO (VP)

  • Location: Karachi
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, IT, or related field from an HEC recognized institution. Candidates with relevant professional certifications are encouraged.
  • Experience: Minimum 08 years of banking experience, with at least 06 years in core banking operations and hands-on experience in implementing core compliance systems.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Skilled MS Office user.
  • Responsibilities:  Provide expert advice on compliance in IT and AML/CFT. Prepare compliance documents, coordinate with stakeholders on system issues, and manage internal compliance programs.
